Applications
Excels in applications which require direct water or moisture contact. Used in air conditioning and heating units. Media is exceptional for evaporative (swamp) coolers, humidifiers, and paint arrestors. Rugged materials resist breakdown in water. Widely used in all climates and in humidification and evaporative cooling applications where durability is required. Filter Media
Natural fiber bonded together with a thermo-setting bonding agent. Rubberized, latex-coated, fiber filter. Provides additional filtration through a net backing on the air leaving side. Permanent media that can be repeatedly washed or vacuumed. Scientific combination of 100% virgin fibers spun into high loft, interlocking maze, bonded for added rigidity and sprayed with a rugged latex binder for long lasting durability. Fully treated with an active bacteriostat which protects against growth of bacteria, fungus, mold, slime and odor.
Thousands of inter-connecting fibers form a labyrinth media to entrap dust, dirt, or oil. Friction, caused by air passing through creates an electrostatic charge that captures and holds the air or water contaminate.

Applications:
Filteration for evaporative coolers, paint booths, air, water, other liquids, dust, microphones and speaker grills.
Filter Media:
Constructed of pore controlled polyester foam with a defined and uniform pore size. The number of pores is defined in PPI (pores per linear inch). The cell membranes are completely removed by an additional reticulation process. The completely open pore structure gives extremely good flow characteristics.

Applications
Excellent media to use as a cut-to-fit filter for HVAC units, evaporative coolers, pre-filter for higher efficiency filters. Designed for water or oil mist coalescing and any application requiring a low-resistance filter.
Filter Media
100% 100 Denier polyester fibers will not absorb water and is chemical and abrasion resistant. Odorless, unlike animal hair fibers. A rigid acetate resin holds the fibers together. Rigid enough in most applications.
Resists sagging in air stream. Washable.
Specifications
