Polyester Bulk Rolls & Pads

Applications
Used in Paint Booths where fiberglass cannot be used. Increases efficiency in general air filtration systems, “V” bank or flat systems, card cleaning systems, and pre-filters for high efficiency and absolute filters.
Filter Media
High bulk, non-woven polyester thermo-bonded with a fire retardant resin forms a high loft blanket of resilient fibers. Highly irregular cross section traps extremely fine particles of contaminants. Withstands direct moisture. Temperature range of -40°F to +450°F without deterioration or media failure.
Filter Operation
Virtually free of fiber break-off, biner migration.
Specifications: U.L. Listed, Class 2

Filter Groups
White on air entering side and blue on air leaving side to protect against unloading, trap additional contaminants and help destroy germs and odor causing bacteria.
Highly efficient with a combination of dry and tackified to prevent downstream unloading.

Premium Dual Ply Polyester Rolls & Pads

Applications
Replaces lower grade polyester, fiberglass, disposable, and pleated filters. Provides extra protection for coils or equipment. Typically used in hospitals, office buildings, paint booths, and industrial facilities.
Filter Operation
The air entering layer is more open and acts as a prefilter layer to the densified air-exiting side. Aggressive tackifier holds dust. Heavy tackfication traps dirt particles from transferring to hands or equipment.

Filter Life
Dual stage design increases life and efficiency. Dense web structure increases efficiency by more than doubling the fiber content.

Ring Panels & Links

Applications
The filters approach or exceed the performance and service life of rigid, pleated filters. They offer the additional advantage of being linkable, and the self-sealing, friction-fit frames can often eliminate the need for extra mounting hardware.
Filter Media
Manufactured using an R.F. (Radio Frequency) Sealing technique that produces a strong and durable airtight bond, joining the media layers. Incorporate a self sealing, gasketing ability through a 3/4” nap between the R.F. Seal and the outer edge of the media.
Extended Filter Life
Both panels and links offer approximately three times the life of fiberglass panel filters. When used as pre-filters, these filters will add substantially to the life of more expensive high-efficiency filters.

Paint Collector Cube Filters

Applications
Used to replace other cube-type filters in existing frameworks. Ideal for replacing older basket-type filtration systems. When used as a pre-filter, will add substantially to the life of more expensive high-efficiency filters.
Cube Filter Media
Three ply, non-allergenic 100% synthetic fibers, contains no fiberglass. Unaffected by moisture, humidity, and most corrosive chemicals. Will not support growth of fungus or bacteria. Three distinct filter layers permanently heat-sealed together. The first layer acts as a high-porosity impingement filter; the second a high-density interceptor; and third a durable strainer to prevent unloading or streaming. A non-migrating tackifier between the second and third laminates assures positive filter-cake build-up. Efficiency of filter ranges from 15% to 100%, depending on particle size.
Cube Frame Construction
Cube filters are self-supporting; heat-sealed around an internal wire frame. No external support structure is necessary so all of the media surface is exposed to the air stream. The self-self sealing, friction-fit frame often eliminates the need for extra mounting hardware.
Extended Filter Life
Equal or exceed the performance and service life of other medium-efficiency bag filters with about three times the efficiency and three times the service life at significant cost savings.

Charcoal Foam Pads For Paint Booths

Foam Filter Media:
Constructed using state of the art technology for pore controlled polyurethane foam (ester). The pores are defined and uniform and the number of pores is defined in PPI (pores per linear inch). The cell membranes are completely removed by an additional reticulation process.
