Applications
Hospitals, Industrial Plants and Residential use. Has a low pressure drop that makes it ideal for applications where fan motors must be small in design.

Filter Media
Activated carbon impregnated, non-woven polyester. Carbon Impregnated/150 approximately 10.44 grams of carbon per square foot. Media will remove high amounts of gaseous contaminants during the first pass of air through the filter. During periods of high contaminant levels, the media will reduce peak loads to safe levels in a short time. The contaminant will “bleed-off” slowly at low safe levels to free up the active carbon.
Carbon is ground extremely fine to increase surface area available for absorption since the rate of absorption depends on the relationship between the pore structure and the shape of the contaminating molecules. Dual filtration with the substrate filtering particulate matter and the activated carbon filters the gas or vapor contaminant. Activated carbon is thermally bonded to the substrate so there is little “brush-off’. Change-out period is recommended when gaseous contaminants or odor is again present at unsafe levels. Filter is made from “UCAR” media.

Frame Construction
Heavy duty, rigid frames as used in medium efficiency pleated filters.

Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional. Installed in virtually any HVAC System without any modifications or retrofitting. Easy to use, inexpensive, low resistant, disposal filter.

Filter Media
Controls both odor and dust particles through a dual, two-stage air cleaning process. Combines the type 40 media found in the Economy Panels with the odor absorbing activated carbon from the Carbon Impregnated Panel. Stage I: Type 40 media (25-30% efficient media) removes dust and dirt particles while slowing the air flow to allow the mostly particulate free gases and vapors to reach the carbon. Stage II: Odorous gases and vapors are attracted and held by the activated carbon

Zeolite / Carbon Impregnated Rings & Links

Applications
Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Veterinary Hospitals, Food Processors, Beauty Salons use Zeolite Impregnated Pleated Panels to remove unpleasant fumes and odors associated with ammonia & ammonium compounds.

Air Filter Media
Non-woven polyester is impregnated with 150% of Zeolite add-on. Each filter contains approximately 15 grams of adsorbing Zeolite per square foot of media area. Zeolite is ground extremely fine to increases the available surface area for absorption. Designed to achieve a dual filtration effect. Substrate filters the particulate matter while the Zeolite filters the ammonia gas or vapor contaminant. Activated Zeolite is thermally bonded to the substrate, resulting in very little “brush-off”.

Frame Construction
Steel Rod 1/8” Round cold rolled metal frame. Media unit is completely enclosed in a heavy duty, high wet strength beverage board frame. The inside periphery of the enclosing frame is completely bonded to the media pack eliminating the possibility of air bypass.
